I tend to like greasy food, but my body doesn’t like me afterwards.  I’m a firm believer that you should always eat the foods that you love and for me that’s pizza.  I won’t substitute anything for authentic NYC style pizza.  I don’t care if your gluten free version is healthier, I want the real deal.  However, a lot of times we just don’t know what to order or cook and sometimes we can choose options that aren’t the best for our waistlines.  The worst part is that we don’t even love these flab igniting foods, we just eat them because we don’t know what else to eat.  

These food items are prime candidates to be substituted with flab fighting dishes that will help you shed some excess weight in no time.  So as you look at this list, ask yourself “Do I really love this food?”  or, “can I do without this?”  This way, you can keep eating what you love and slowly substitute the bad stuff you can live without.

General Principals:

1.  PROCESSED FOODS ARE HORRIBLE

2.  SUGAR IS EXTREMELY BAD  

3.  SATURATED FATS ARE REALLY BAD  

4.  SALT IS PRETTY BAD
