I start every morning with a green juice.  I make it with raw kale, baby spinach, frozen mixed berries, an apple, chia seeds, flax seeds and occasionally a scoop of peanut butter or protein powder.  Add some water and pulverize.  Done!  I hate eating first thing in the morning but it’s critical to eat within 30 minutes of waking up to kickstart your metabolism for the day.  The green juice goes down nice and easy and is surprisingly tasty!  You can get creative with it, adding in different fruits and vegetables to suit your taste buds.  This is been by far the easiest and most convenient way to get in my greens.

To make life even easier, my OCD self suggests prepping the blender the night before so in the morning you just need to add water and turn the blender on.  This way, you can sleep in for an extra 15 minutes :)
