7-Great-Tips-to-Overcome-Monday-Blues

Happy Monday and here’s to thinking about Friday :)

Why do weekends always fly by?  It’s like you blink and before you know it, Monday morning is here and it’s time to be an adult again.  Our weekend was jam-packed with birthday parties and spending time with friends and family.  While I loved every minute of it, there is something to be said for quiet weekends with nothing to do!

Saturday night’s boat party was very fun and although it rained a little bit, we were able to make the best of it and spend some time on the outside deck getting great shots of the city.

Sadly, for me, Monday also means it’s time to hit the gym hard, reverse some of the damage from the weekend and get ready for next weekend!  I was planning on a 5-mile run today but the rain is going to force me to stay indoors.  Luckily, one of my favorite blogs, Peanut Butter Fingers has a great collection of at home circuit workouts, guaranteed to get you sweaty!
