The bottom line is, you cannot deprive yourself of the foods you love. Incorporate them into your life, but earn them. You can earn body you want by eating well and indulging on occasion as long as you get in the right workout. It’s all about balance.
Who’s behind PARTYGIRLFIT?
Meet Rupa Mohan
Rupa is an AFAA group fitness instructor, ACE certified personal trainer and holds a MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. She also holds a PHD in consuming dirty martinis on Friday nights and nachos with extra cheese whenever possible.
After a 10 year career on Wall Street, Rupa started PartyGirlFit to help her friends find the balance between eating to their heart’s content and looking amazing in their cocktail dresses the next evening. Soon PartyGirlFit had a following in NYC. Ready for a break from their corporate careers, Rupa and her husband, Manoj, decided to pursue their belief in PartyGirlFit’s message and travelled overseas to bring global reach to the community. Rupa went on to teach fitness classes and strengthen the PartyGirlFit community across Asia. Not to worry, we are back in the states and located in the Big Easy (That’s New Orleans).
Rupa loves teaching you to “sweat smarter.” Her innovative fitness experiences constantly change and focus on your “evolution.” They are designed just for what a women wants. You won’t find a workout like this anywhere else. Rupa is also Co-founder and Chief Instructor at The Sweat Social, the official workout partner of PartyGirlFit.
In her spare time, Rupa plays with puppies, watches Beverly Hills 90210 (the original) on repeat, eats pizza whenever she wants and is very happy that her husband can cook, because she can’t.
